Very unhappy with my experience. Their policy for being even 15 minutes late is ridiculous. The parking is a nightmare. Very rude.

I have been a loyal patient at this dental office for many years and have always appreciated the quality of care and friendly service. However, I have occasionally been charged for missed appointments, which I understand is standard policy. As a long-time customer, I’d love to see a system that rewards loyalty—perhaps a points-based system where patients accumulate points based on factors like the amount they’ve spent, how long they’ve been a patient, or even their history of appointment attendance. These points could then be used as a credit to cover fees for a missed appointment every once in a while. This would help reinforce the value placed on long-term patients and add an extra incentive to stay consistent with appointments. Thank you for considering this feedback!
